The owner of a north Norfolk restaurant that was just awarded its second Michelin star for a second year running has spoken about the win.
Meadowsweets in Holt celebrated retaining its Michelin star after sweeping one of the coveted awards in February last year.
Greg Anderson, chef and owner, said: "You've got to consistently work hard to their standards because they're always keeping an eye on what's going on.
"We're really happy we retained the star and were so lucky to have earned one so soon after opening.

"Meadowsweet opened shortly after the Covid lockdowns and was awarded its first Michelin star six months afterwards.
"We have three bedrooms as well which really helps us with the restaurant because if people come from further afield they can stay the night.
"We've had people from France come just to see us but most of our customers are locals.
"It's good for tourism for the town as well because people come and stay and then go shopping in Holt during the day."
On the restaurant's recent and continued success, Mr Anderson said: "We just keep trying our best every day.
"We're going to keep trying to evolve what we do and continue to source the best produce we can."
All meat is aged in-house and sourced locally, including pork from Old Hall Farm just outside of Norwich, beef and lamb from Felthorpe, and lobsters and crab from Cromer.
"Our produce is brilliant and local - the crabs are out of the sea for only about an hour before arriving here."

The restaurant recently introduced lunches on Saturdays which Mr Anderson said are cheaper, can be enjoyed more quickly than evening service and benefit from a smaller but no less fine menu.
"People seem to be really enjoying it," he said.
On his final thoughts for the win, Mr Anderson said: "Meadowsweet's a big project and we're very much at the beginning."
"It's nice to get a pat on the back every once in a while."
