Plans have been lodged to convert an old water mill into a new home.
An individual named in council papers as Ms Spelman has applied to South Norfolk Council for planning permission for a residential property at Loddon's former water mill in Bridge Street.
The ground floor of the building is currently used by Loddon Mill Well Being Centre for the rental of treatment rooms to complementary therapists.
The property would occupy 45.7sqm and overlook the River Chet as it flows between Loddon and Chedgrave.
Loddon Mill, which dates back hundreds of years, was split into two sections in the early noughties and was previously a vintage tea room.
