Norfolk's dinosaur park is taking a rival dinosaur attraction from Yorkshire to court over claims it's used its branding.
Norfolk Dinosaur Park which runs the Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure theme park at Lenwade, near Norwich, has lodged a claim against Halifax-based Totally Attractions.
It claims its rival's use of the slogan "totally roarsome" is similar to the wording "Roarr-some", which it registered in 2021.
The case is expected to be heard before the Intellectual Property and Enterprise Court in London next month.
Adam Goymour, director of the dinosaur park, said: “We are awaiting a ruling by the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court under the Trade Mark Act 1994 to prevent trademark infringement against the words ‘roarr' and 'roarr-some."
James Dolan, one of Totally's directors, said: "We are defending their claim and will be seeing them in court."

Roarr! operates on an 85-acre permanent base off the A1067 near the Royal Norwich Golf Club.
It is the largest dinosaur-themed adventure park in the UK, attracting an average of 275,000 visitors each year.
Martin and Adam Goymour have developed Roarr! into a multi-weather park with animated dinosaurs in natural settings.
Its operator Norfolk Dinosaur Park was incorporated in 1996.
The attraction has ambitious plans to expand, with a four-acre Gigantosaurus Land based on the TV series set to open next year.
Totally Roarsome is a pop-up based in Halifax, which moves its trail of dinosaurs, wild animals, aliens and pirates around different venues in the north of England.
Its website says: "Totally Attractions is all about imagination - each attraction features static-themed displays with appropriate sound effects, a fun quiz and countless photo opportunities.
"We have no animatronics so the statues do not move. At Halloween we do not use scare actors."
It was incorporated by Companies House in September, 2020.
