A new shop in Hunstanton selling arts and crafts and Norfolk produce is being set up to support local businesses.

Support Local, run by Lucy Johnson, has secured the premises near the beachfront in Hunstanton and they plan to make it into a community hub in the area.

The shop is being leased by Elliot's fish and chip van, with hopes to use the money raised by the shop to support their business.

They will be selling Norfolk produce, including jams and preservatives, crafts and artwork, with food and drinks available.

Elliot's fish and chips will be serving ice cream, with vegan options and doggy ice cream.

The fish and chips van has found success with its seafront grub, with the business offering vegan fish and chips which has seen people travel from around the country to try them.

They hope that the money raised from the new shop in Hunstanton will help Elliot's fish and chips open a permanent fish and chip shop premises.

Elliot Snart, who runs the business, is trying to raise money to open his own fish and chip shop this year.

The shop opens on Wednesday, April 5. It will be open 6 days a week, excluding Mondays.
