An office and flats in a town's conservation area are set to be turned into a single home.
Fenland council has given a developer planning permission to convert the property in Wisbech.
A planning officer's report said: "The application site is a three storey Grade II listed building located on the western side of Market Street, to the north of the junction with Union Place within the Wisbech conservation area.
"Market Street is a narrow one-way street leading from Union Place to Market Place to the north."

It added no external alterations were proposed which would change the character of 9 Market Street, which is currently used as an office and three flats.
It said internal alterations would include new fire doors and window guards to safeguard against falls.
Historic England said that the Grade II listed property was built between 1793 - 1816 from local brown brick as part of the town's Castle Estate.
Wisbech Town Council supported the application to change it into a single home.
