A town's largest store is set to converted into two smaller shops.
West Norfolk council has agreed plans to convert the ground floor of the building on the High Street in Hunstanton into two units.
It currently houses a branch of troubled clothing chain M&Co, which is due to close this month.
The Scottish-based retailer went into administration in December for the second time in two years.

Hunstanton Town Council supports the bid. Its chair of planning Paul Kidd said: "The reasons for our support, are that we as a town council feel that the plans submitted for this application falls in line with this council's visions for the development and the town's longer-term enhancement which meets with the Hunstanton Neighbourhood Development Plan."
It is not known whether any interest has been expressed in the premises, which stretches from 8-16 High Street.
It housed the town's Woolworths from 1953 - 2008 and was briefly a Warehouse Clearance Shop before M&Co moved in and opened in 2010.
