The owners of a glamping site and farm are helping transform west Norfolk into a live music destination.

The Cattle Yard Bar launched in October 2022 in a pre-existing barn at Happy Valley in Grimston, near King's Lynn, which is a woodland wedding venue and glamping retreat.

The bar is open to the public as part of a diversification strategy to get more people visiting the site, which is based at their family-run farm.

It is run by couple Katy Coe and Scott Olive and events so far have included an après-ski party and local band Dirty Havana.

The next event is DJ Jess Kidd on Friday, March 31 and you can message The Cattle Yard Bar on Instagram to get on the guest list.

Alongside cocktails and local beers, wines and spirits they host street food trucks on event nights.

Mrs Coe said: "It is something new for the area and normally you have to travel to Norwich, Cambridge or even London for this type of event.

"We also have glamping on site and in May are launching a camping meadow."
