A pizzeria has opened in the Norfolk Broads serving an ever-changing menu made with locally sourced ingredients.
Born out of lockdown, Chesca's Pizza, run by Francesca Cornish Hollingsworth, has opened a bring-your-own booze pizzeria at The Tea Rooms in Reedham.
She has partnered with Julia at the tea rooms, helping to "share costs in these times".
The 33-year-old said: "We are really surprised at how pleased and supportive the locals are.
"There is such a good community vibe and it is great to have a solid pop-up with upgraded kitchen equipment.
"Julia is already much-loved in the village and I am really excited to be working with her.
"It will bring nothing but awesome things as a women-in-business partnership – it feels like we could do anything together."
Mrs Cornish Hollingsworth is helped by her husband and two children, Imogen, eight, and Finlay, nine.
"It is a real family affair - the children are desperate to be given a job. They love watching me cook and have said they will take over one day,” she said.
With everything sourced locally and seasonally, the menu is ever-changing.
Toppings include caramelised fresh pineapple, homemade red onion marmalade, Marsh Pig truffle salami and Chesca's Fire Honey.
Alongside the pizzas, Chesca's offers alternative specials, which went down a storm on the "packed" opening night.
Mrs Cornish Hollingsworth added: "I don't think anyone stopped at just one portion of the chicken."
Chesca's will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm, with extended opening hours in the summer months and delivery available in the winter months.
