A former primary school that has been left derelict for a decade could be given a new lease of life as it goes under the hammer this month.
Built in 1925, thousands of children attended Fen Park Primary school in Lowestoft over the years.
But in 2013 the Lovewell Road site closed its doors and has remained dormant ever since.
This quirky property will be in need of lots of work to renovate the space but has lots of potential for redevelopment over the 1,100 square metre site.

It has several classrooms, an assembly hall, a dining room and even a swimming pool - everything associated with a school.
Apparently, there are even air raid shelters from the Second World War located underneath the playground.
Its current use class is class F1, learning and non-residential institutions.
According to Auction House, which is organising the auction, it could provide an opportunity for an investor to potentially undertake an exciting project and explore its development potential.
Fen Park Primary school will go up for auction on March 22 with a guide price of £190,000.
