A former town centre social club in an acre of land is going under the hammer.
The Downham Market Club closed in November 2021, having served the town since 1992.
The venue, on the town's Paradise Road, blamed the smoking ban and competition from a new Wetherspoons.
It came despite a major refurbishment being carried out to its facilities when it was closed during lockdown, in 2020.

Now the building is being offered for auction online and is expected to sell for more than £500,000.
Agents Auction House East Anglia describe the sale as "a rare opportunity to acquire the former Downham Market club, occupying a prime position on a site of approximately 1.03 acres in the town centre".
They add: "The property could be suitable for a variety of uses, including the potential for residential development."
The building includes a hall, two bars and serveries, a store, toilets, office, trophy room and tea room, along with "extensive parking" at the front and side of the building, a large garden area to the rear.
The auction will take place via live stream on Wednesday, March 22 (11am).
