New plans have been revealed to turn a bank - not yet closed - into a restaurant and coffee shop in a Norfolk town.
The Barclays branch in Wymondham could become an eatery following the bank's departure.
The application to South Norfolk Council states that "as the bank is due for closure the landlord requires the flexibility to market the property to a broader range of retailers".

Wymondham will see two of its three banks close this year, beginning with Barclays, scheduled to close on April 28, and then the town's HSBC branch, which is due to close in August.

Kevin Hurn, district and town councillor for Wymondham, previously said of the bank closures: "The town has prided itself on having three out of four big banks.
"There are lots of coffee shops in Wymondham but a restaurant would be a good addition to the high street. We don't have many fine dining restaurants."
There is still a branch of Lloyds in the town centre as well as the building society Nationwide, with banking facilities also available at two post offices.
