A cyclist has died following an early morning crash in Watton.
The collision happened on Brandon Road at 5.30am today (March 1) and involved a grey Peugeot 3008.
The cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his 20s has since been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has been taken to Wymondham Police Station for questioning where he remains.
The road was closed for several hours after the crash and an air ambulance was reported at the scene.
This is the second cyclist to have died in a crash in Norfolk this week.
A man in his 30s died following a collision in Norwich on Monday evening.
