A woman from Costessey who was given a stark warning by a doctor has lost six stone and has now received the all-clear from her GP.
Cassie Laughlin, an event coordinator, had been warned by her doctor to lose weight and reduce her salt and caffeine intake after worrying blood pressure results.

She joined her local Slimming World group and thought she may only lose a few pounds.
But after losing six stone in weight, Cassie, who got married last year, has reduced her blood pressure and has now been given the all-clear from her GP.
A spokeswoman for the Slimming World group said: "Cassie wants to be the best wife she can be and live for as long as she can so from now on is going to focus on just that."
