A Norfolk Turkish restaurant has been named among the best in the country.
Cave Kitchen in Downham Market was nominated as Best Newcomer in the Turkish Restaurant and Takeaway Awards 2023 (TURTA).
It is among 10 others named in the category selected through nominations by the public, and the glitzy ceremony was held at the House of Commons on February 21.
It is the first time the TURTA awards have been held after it was launched in 2020 which hopes to champion hard-working Turkish restaurants across the country.
Al Kin, manager of Cave Kitchen said: "We are really excited to have been nominated for the award."

Cave Kitchen opened in May 2021 and can be found in Bridge Street.
It was launched by businessman Uygar Karakus, who also owns Rumbles Fish Bar in the town.
The restaurant offers a fine-dining experience and serves traditional Turkish cuisine, with dishes like grilled meats, kebab dishes and also burgers.
Cave Kitchen is open 12 noon to 11pm every day.
