A road in north Norfolk was forced to close after a vehicle caught fire overnight.
The incident happened on the A140 Cromer Road in Erpingham at about 10.30pm yesterday (February 27).
Fire crews from Cromer, Aylsham, North Walsham and Sheringham were called to the scene and used hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
Norfolk Police urged drivers to avoid the area and find alternative routes as the firefighters battled the blaze.

By 11.10pm no more resources were needed and a stop message was issued and the road opened shortly after once the vehicle had been recovered.
