St John Ambulance is looking to create four new cadet units across Norfolk after receiving a £1m in funding.
The group has received a share of £1.5m funding from the government to set up new cadet units across the country, with four new units in Fakenham, Thetford, Diss and Norwich.
They are now looking for adult volunteers to help - all training and uniform are provided, and reasonable expenses are covered.
Caroline Conry, St John's head of youth delivery, said: “This Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport-funded initiative is a great opportunity to grow our cadets’ presence in key areas and also to welcome a large number of adult and under-18 volunteers to our charity over the next few months. No first aid knowledge is required as all training is provided.”
All training and a uniform will be provided, and reasonable expenses are covered.
