Drone images have captured the severe erosion at Hemsby after the tide reached 3.8 metres.
High tides and strong winds resulted in losses of up to four feet from the dunes to the North of the Gap and a six-foot sheer drop at the entry to the beach yesterday, with a further foot and a half of beach lost on Saturday night (February 25).
Photographer Luke Martin captured the resulting damage from the sky on Sunday morning (February 26).
The tide peaked at 2.89 metres at 10.44am on Saturday morning (February 25) and the entrance to the beach was blocked off for safety reasons, with the lifeboat unable to launch.
The tide reached a higher 3.8 metres last night, with high tide at 10.45pm.

One local said: "The sea was lapping up against the dunes well before high tide".
Residents remain in the two properties closest to the edge of the cliff.
Tonight is expected to be lower, at 2.7 metres.
