UK stores including Boots and Lidl currently have 'do not eat' warnings in place on some of their products.

A number of items, including from Quorn and Tahira, have been recalled by the Food Standards Agency (FSA).

Here are the ongoing product recalls you should be aware of.

Boots Multivitamins

The chain is recalling its Boots Kids Daily Health Multivitamins Strawberry Flavour Gummies because it has been mispacked with flavours which contain soya not mentioned on the label.

The affected packs have a batch code of 82221103 and a best-before date of May 17, 2024.

The (FSA) has issued a “do not eat” warning.

A spokesman said: “If you have bought the above product and have an allergy to soya, do not eat it.

“Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought for a full refund, with or without a receipt. For more information contact the Boots Customer Care team on 0800 9150004.”

Deluxe Strolghino Salami

Lidl recalled its Deluxe Strolghino Salami because salmonella had been found in the product, issuing a 'do not eat' warning.

Customers who have bought the product are told not to eat it and return it to the store it was bought from for a full refund.

The Lidl products being recalled are those from the 250g packs as well as those with use-by dates of April 13, 2023, and May 8, 2023.

Tahira Foods

Tahira Foods is recalling products due to an issue with temperature control which makes them unsafe to eat.

Items include a range of its meat products and a cheese product.

Any of the products sold at Asda, Coop, Morrisons or Sainsbury’s are not affected by the recall.

A spokesman for the FSA issued a 'do not eat' warning to anyone who has purchased the affected products.

Quorn Foods

Quorn Foods recalled Frozen Quorn Swedish Style Balls because they may contain small pieces of plastic.

The possible presence of plastic makes the product unsafe to eat and presents a potential choking hazard.

Food Standards Agency has issued a 'do not eat' warning for 300g bags with the best-before date of September 30, 2024

Taiko Foods

Taiko Foods recalled Taiko Chicken Katsu Bites with Teri Mayo Sauce because some packs have been mispacked with prawn bites that contain crustaceans which are not mentioned on the label.

The product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to crustaceans.

The pack size is 98g and the use-by date is February 10, 2023.
