More than 20 new theatre shows coming to Norwich go on sale this week.

On February 24, people will be able to purchase tickets for new shows at Norwich Theatre Royal, Norwich Theatre Playhouse and Stage Two.

This month's announcement comes after Norwich Theatre's move to make securing tickets easier for audiences.

The theatre company is now putting shows on sale in the final week of every month and the new pattern will be Monday for Gold Friends, Supporters and Corporates, Wednesday for Friends and Best Friends and Friday for general sale. 

Here are some of the shows at Norwich Theatre Royal which are about to go on sale. 

Buffy Revamped - May 31, 2023

The Rocky Horror Show - September 11–16, 2023

Richard O'Brien's legendary rock 'n' roll musical celebrates 50 years of non-stop partying with this special anniversary production.

The Rocky Horror Show is the story of two squeaky clean college kids – Brad and his fiancée Janet.

When by a twist of fate, their car breaks down outside a creepy mansion whilst, on their way to visit their former college professor, they meet the charismatic Dr Frank'n'Furter. It is an adventure they'll never forget, filled with fun, frolics, frocks, and frivolity.

Ballet Black: Pioneers - October 20, 2023

Now in their 21st year, Cassa Pancho's Ballet Black is excited to present award-winning choreographers Will Tuckett and Mthuthuzeli November in a double bill of new and original work in Ballet Black: Pioneers.

The King and I - November 14-18, 2023

The multi-award-winning Broadway production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's The King and I returns to the UK.

The King and I is one of the greatest shows from the golden age of musicals – with one of the finest scores ever written, including Whistle a Happy Tune and Shall We Dance.

The Wizard of Oz - February 27–March 3, 2024

Join Dorothy, Toto, and friends go on an unforgettable adventure down the yellow brick road to the merry old land of Oz.

It features the iconic original score from the Oscar-winning MGM film, including Over The Rainbow, Follow The Yellow Brick Road, and We're Off To See The Wizard, with additional songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice.

Alistair Green: What Are We Like Eh? - March 25, 2023

The One Like Judi Love - May 26, 2023

Bringing her fresh, unapologetic and charismatic real talk to theatres across the country, the one like Judi Love hits theatres in March on her first official tour. 

Expect unrelenting and hilarious anecdotes from Judi's life.

The Gruffalo’s Child - November 15–26, 2023

Follow the Gruffalo's Child on her adventurous mission in Tall Stories' enchanting adaptation of the much-loved picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler.
