A new Vietnamese street food business has launched in Norfolk.

Fiona Quan-Lee, 29, started the Viet Bowl to bring the food she grew up eating to the people of Norfolk.

Miss Quan-Lee is originally from the Wirral and moved to Attleborough four years ago.

She said: "My parents are from Vietnam and came to England as refugees.

"I grew up cooking this food and travelled to Vietnam in 2018 to visit where my family grew up.

"I've always had an interest in the food and not many people in Norfolk seem to be doing it.

"So when my friends suggested that I sell my cooking it encouraged me to start my first venture alone."

The £7.50 bowls come with either steamed white rice or cold vermicelli noodles and a choice of satay chicken, garlic pork or fried tofu.

They are then topped with crispy shallots, salad and nuoc mam dressing.

There are also sides including vegetarian and pork spring rolls.

The Viet Bowl will be at food events across Norfolk this summer in a pop-up gazebo.
