A city interior design studio is celebrating going from strength to strength as its first birthday approaches.
Lauren Collins-Hines launched Lauren Rose Interior Design in October 2021 and was the first business to set up shop in the Royal Arcade under its new ownership in March 2022.
A year on, she has expanded from a one-woman operation to a team of three and opened the upstairs space of her studio to the public.
"January is usually a quiet time, but momentum has continued from last year," she explained.
"It's surreal how quickly the year has flown.
"It's really important to have a high street presence. Nothing is quite like going into a studio and speaking to somebody there."

And even though people are feeling the pinch of the cost of living crisis, Lauren is looking forward to the year ahead.
She added: "People are spending differently, but they are still wanting to have a beautiful space to live in."
In a bid to draw in new clients to the business, and celebrate the work of others, Lauren's team have let out the window of their studio to local creatives.
This month's warm lampshade display is courtesy of JP Bespoke Lighting based in Thetford, with Unseen Icons - which repurposes vintage deco cinema seating - taking over in March.
Both April and July will be dedicated to Norwich University of the Arts (NUA) students, with the latter as a graduation window, and high-end lighting specialist Charlotte Packe kitting out the May window.
June's display is yet to be confirmed, with the hope that a bespoke large circular stained-glass piece will hang in the window for the remaining months of the year.
"We want to showcase the many local creatives around that don't have the opportunity to display their work," Lauren continued.
"A window in the arcade is a beautiful place to showcase their pieces."
