A man has been charged with the murder of a 23-year-old man in Great Yarmouth last week.
Felizardo Jose Viera-Balde was stabbed in St Peter's Road at about 12.40pm on Wednesday, February 8.
He was found collapsed in nearby Wellington Road and died at the scene of his injuries.
Junior Suleimane, 21, was arrested in Leeds on Friday night and brought back to Norfolk for questioning on Saturday.
Suleimane has been charged with the murder of Felizardo Jose Viera-Balde as well as possessing a knife in a public place.
Jaimes Santos, 43 and of Nelson Road South in Yarmouth, was also arrested in Leeds and is charged with assisting an offender.
Both Suleimane and Santos have been remanded in police custody and will appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court this morning, February 13.
A 21-year-old man arrested in Loddon on Saturday was questioned by detectives and released until May 11 pending further enquiries.
