An "incredibly handsome" seven-year-old pooch is looking for his forever home to live out his days after his previous owner passed away.
Zuka, a German shepherd ridgeback cross, is searching for a new home after one of his owners died and the other had to go into a care home.
Now, Zuka is in care himself at PACT animal sanctuary in Hingham, having been very loved by his owners.
Born in April 2014, he can still play like a big puppy and loves affection and the company of people.
Zuka is struggling in kennels and PACT, where he has been since October 2022, is desperate to get him into a home as soon as possible.
Having company is all Zuka has ever known, so he would be happiest in a home with an owner who works from home or is there most of the time.
Zuka needs a calm, quiet home with no young children or other pets.
He is a big boy and can be strong on the lead at times.
Zuka is on long-term medication for stiffness which PACT will treat and pay for.
