Morrisons has been given the green light to install electric car charging points at another of its stores.
West Norfolk Council has agreed planning permission for six ultra-rapid charging points at the supermarket on Elm High Road at Emneth, on the outskirts of Wisbech.
Morrisons said in a planning statement: "Our proposal will serve as a vital piece of new infrastructure for both locals and visitors.
"Further, it will serve to increase footfall both at the supermarket, and at the shopping centre."
Morrisons said the chargers would be located together, near the entrance to the car park.
Emneth Parish Council supported the application. A planning officer's report said: "The proposed electric charging points and small sub-station approximately 2.26m tall will not have any significant impact on the character and appearance of the area in the context of the existing retail park.
"There are no nearby residential neighbours which would experience any significant impacts as a result of the development. The sub-station and charging points would not generate any significant noise."
