A Norfolk pub that was saved from potential closure last year has been given a new lease of life with a fresh look and menu.

The Wildfowler in Terrington St Clement, near King's Lynn, was taken on by couple Mike and Lisa Daisley in June 2022 who gave the place a modern rebrand and introduced food, as previously it only did drinks.

On February 11, this offering will grow to include brunch with options such as fry-ups, pancakes, waffles, smashed avocado on toast and breakfast butties.

To begin with, it will be available from 10am to 1pm every Saturday and during the school holidays.

Mr Daisley said: "We have had a really good reaction since taking on the pub and the community spirit here is excellent.

"We decided to launch brunch as there aren't many places nearby to get a good breakfast and with such big bills at the moment we need to utilise the hours we are open."

The Wildfowler is also offering free children's meals for under 12s from 1pm on Monday to Friday during half-term with a paying adult.
