The Theatres Trust has announced its Theatres at Risk Register 2023 and a venue on the Norfolk coast is included.
The charity campaigns to protect UK theatres and highlights those under threat of closure, redevelopment or severe decay.
However, all have the potential to be revived for their local communities, with the list aiming to call the public's attention to the challenges these venues are facing.
The Regent Theatre in Great Yarmouth features for the second year, after first being included in 2022, and it is one of 38 across the country.
While there were no new venues added in 2023, the theatre sector faces a challenging climate of rising bills, funding cuts and shortfalls and the ongoing effects of the pandemic.
Jon Morgan, Theatres Trust director, said: "As the true impact of rising construction and energy costs, the cost-of-living crisis and squeezed council budgets becomes known, the challenge to secure their futures will be more difficult than ever.
"However, despite the difficulties, local support and collaborative working still pay off."
