A new café in west Norfolk has been very well received by locals for being unique to the town.
The Dial House Café, in Downham Market, launched just over a month ago, on December 20, offering a popular menu of breakfasts, lunches and afternoon teas.
The family-run business is led by chef Yosita Nongna, 45, from Thailand.
Ms Nongna moved over to London in 2006 and worked as a chef in restaurants for 15 years - but this is the first place of her own.
In June 2021, she moved to Norwich with her husband, Rafiek Versmissen, 41, and two sons Felix, seven and Joshua, 21, and took over The Dial House.
Rafiek Versmissen said: "It has been well attended and we are starting to get a reputation, so has been a word-of-mouth snowball rolling forward.
"It has been a lot to get used to, but has been a great place to get used to running a café."
Looking forward to the weather improving, to make customers want to come out, Mr Versmissen adds: "The world is getting lighter and brighter and so is our garden."
The cafe has received "great" feedback about their coffees, who are made by Ms Nongna's eldest son, Joshua.
The menu ranges from £5 to £15, offering English breakfasts, crêpes, club sandwiches, sharing boards and much more.
Following the success of the afternoon teas, vouchers are now available.
Moving forward, the café will be offering special menus, starting with Valentine's Day specials.
Ms Nongna says that the customer favourites are eggs benedict and Dutch-style open sandwiches.
The Dial House is located in Railway Road, Downham Market. It is open 8am-3pm Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4pm Saturday and 9am-4pm Sunday.
There is no parking on site.
