A Norwich pizza brand is enjoying a slice of success as it adds two new flavours to its popular frozen range.
Brick Pizza first opened as a restaurant by Norwich Market in 2015 and in 2019 the business diversified by stocking frozen pizzas everywhere from farm shops to bakeries.
Fast forward to 2023 and these are available at more than 80 retailers in the region and two new varieties have just been added to the range.
Joining the Margherita, pepperoni and vegan are the Napoli, with tomato, mozzarella, basil capers, olives and anchovies, and the Capricciosa, with tomato, mozzarella, basil, olives, mushrooms, artichokes and ham from Spurgeons butcher shop in Unthank Road.
George Colley, who runs Brick with Sean Morrow, said: "Four years in we wanted something new to jazz it up a bit and our core flavours have been very popular.
"We launched the frozen pizzas in 2019 so we were ready when lockdown happened and it just went mad for us."
The pizzas have wood-fired bases and are made at a production facility at the Sweet Briar Industrial Estate.
