A woman is in critical condition after a crash on the A47.
The collision happened at about 11am today (January 18) between Hockering and Honingham at the crossroads with Church Lane and Sandy Lane.
Two vehicles were involved and the A47 has been closed in both directions following the incident.
Emergency services, including the air ambulance, attended the scene and diversions are in place.
A woman in her 40s has been taken by land ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where she remains.
The other driver, a 17-year-old boy, suffered minor injuries.

Norfolk Constabulary has asked drivers to avoid the area where possible.
There are heavy delays between Hockering and Honingham roundabout.

The crash on the A47 has been one of several serious incidents this morning, with two in west Norfolk three miles apart.
Konectbus services have been diverted following the crash.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or the manner of driving of a black VW Golf and a blue Skoda Fabia before the collision to come forward.
