A Norfolk pub open for less than two years has been named one of the best places to eat in the country.
Suffield Arms in north Norfolk joins four other pubs in the county to be included in the Estrella Damn-sponsored list of the top gastropubs in the UK.
Focusing on Mediterranean tapas dishes, the rural inn is fast making a name for itself in the region's food scene since it opened in June 2021.
Assistant general manager Leanne Facey said: "It is incredible to be included along with so many other fantastic pubs across the country.
"The fact we have only been open under two years makes it all the more special.
"We make use of the brilliant local produce nearby and our Italian Head Chef has developed a great menu.
"The pub is not just about the food but the experience as a whole which helps us stand out."
The Suffield Arms is the sister pub to the nearby Gunton Arms, which has also made the list.
The White Horse in Brancaster Staithe and the Duck Inn in Stanhoe are also included.
A crowning ceremony for all award winners will take place on Monday, January 23, 2023, at The Unruly Pig in Bromeswell, Suffolk.
