Get down and dirty as a mud fun run is coming to Norwich in 2023 with a whole host of obstacles.

The Pretty Muddy 5k is running at the Norfolk Showground on Saturday, May 13 and it is a Race for Life event in aid of Cancer Research UK.

The 5km obstacle course will feature a giant climbing net, inflatable slide, mud pit, spider's web, wrecking balls and much more.

The course will be on a mixture of grass and paths, winding its way around all areas of the Showground, and there are several cheering points along the way.

The event starts at 10.30am, with separate waves at 10.45am and 11am, and you can enter as an individual or group.

It is for over 13s only, but there is also a children's race earlier in the day at 9.45am for under 12s over 1.2 metres.

Book for both events on the Race for Life website along with the running events on Sunday, May 14, with a choice of 3km, 5km or 10km.
