From toad warning signs to a giant strawberry, if you spot any of these things while driving then you are definitely in Norfolk.
1. Thetford Ranges/Oranges
Anyone who has driven along the A11 would have no doubt seen this roundabout sign sporadically changed from Thetford Ranges, the Ministry of Defence's rifle range, to Thetford Oranges by mystery pranksters.
Highways England has been called several times over the years to change it back.
2. Breckland Lodge
Near Attleborough and also on the A11, the stag sign above Breckland Lodge is an indication for many that they are just half an hour's drive away from Norwich.
It is also a popular pitstop for a tasty carvery, which is served every day and comes with all the trimmings.
3. Toad warning signs
Forget how did the chicken cross the road as in Norfolk it is toads you need to worry about and some places have signs up for drivers to watch out for them.
One of these is found by the bridge along Station Road in Briggate, near North Walsham.
4. Slow You Down sign
This speed restriction sign outside the north Norfolk village of Weybourne often catches the attention of drivers.
Weybourne is a lovely seaside spot to visit and you can also hop off there along the North Norfolk Railway, which runs between Sheringham and Holt.
5. Giant Strawberry
On the Norfolk and Suffolk border along the A143 is the famous Gillingham Strawberry Stall, which is open over the summer months and offers a range of delicious fruits, apple juice and even meringues.
It is eye-catching from the road as the kiosk is inside a giant strawberry, which even has eyelashes!
