A warehouse with "panoramic river views" and planning permission in place for the build of 14 apartments is going up for auction.
The detached warehouse with a mezzanine and forecourt surfaced yard in Great Yarmouth is currently being listed with Auction House East Anglia with a guide price of £300,000.
But any potential buyer of the Archers Road property will have the power to knock it all down.
Full planning permission was granted by Great Yarmouth Borough Council in April last year, for the demolition of the warehouse and construction of a residential four-storey building comprising of 14 apartments.
This will include one three-bedroom apartment, 11 two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments, arranged over the first, second and third floors.
The development will also provide 12 car parking spaces in an undercroft, at ground floor level, as well as cycle and bin stores.
A spokesperson for Auction House East Anglia said: "The majority will have panoramic river views, overlooking the River Bure.
"Recent developments in the area include a Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre and eight luxury apartments to the opposite side of the river."
