A huge inflatable obstacle course is returning to Norfolk for 2023 and it promises to be "bigger, bouncier and better than ever".
The Inflatable 5K, organised by UK Running Events, is the largest in the world and it is coming to the Norfolk Showground, on the outskirts of Norwich, on Saturday, September 23.
It will run from 9am until 2.30pm and it is for anyone over the age of five, with four different distances to choose from - 2.5km, 5km, 10km or 15km.
The most popular option is the 5km route which does two laps taking in 32 obstacles in total, including The Crawler, Swing Shot and Temple of Doom.
There will be five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course.
Early bird tickets are currently available on the UK Running Events website and the 5km is £32 for over 16s and £22 for children aged 5 to 15.
The ticket price also includes a medal, bib and entry pack, running socks, finisher's neck buff, a personalised certificate and refreshments.
