A Norfolk town road is set to be closed for more than two months when work starts in the new year.
A project to revamp the inner footpaths along Caslon Close, in Fakenham, will begin on Monday, January 2 and is expected to take nine weeks to complete.
The works will see the old, cracked and worn pavement replaced with new surfacing.
New kerbing and edging will be installed.
Access to properties will be maintained but there will be times when vehicle access to properties is restricted as work takes place in front of driveways.
During these times people may need to park their vehicles at alternative locations as parking will be restricted in the central parking area at Caslon Close, off Highfield Road, for the duration of the works.
The work will be carried out by Norfolk County Council's Community and Environmental Services Department and its contractors.
