Arctic winds have brought subzero temperatures to Norfolk for over a week, dropping as low as -9C.
Several weather warnings have been issued by the Met Office and one more is soon to be in force for Sunday (December 18).
But there is good news as temperatures will soon be on the rise, going from very cold to much warmer for this time of year.
Weatherquest forecaster Chris Bell said: "The weather is about to shift from below average to above average temperatures from Monday.

"On Sunday afternoon, cloudy conditions will make it feel milder with sleet showers in the afternoon turning into rain by the evening.
"Temperatures will rise through the night into Monday when it will become milder with highs of 13C."
Unsettled conditions will continue through the week but there are signs that a cold snap could return in the run-up to Christmas.
Mr Bell added: "It is very uncertain at the moment but there are signs temperatures could fall again by Friday (December 23)."
