Chris Speed, operations director at First Eastern Counties, said: "One of our buses was involved in a serious road traffic incident this morning that caused some minor injuries to some of our travelling passengers.
"Our driver was also taken to hospital by ambulance suffering with shock and minor injuries.
"We are helping the police and emergency services with their investigation into the cause of the incident".
An eyewitness, who did not wish to be named, said: "Obviously I'm shaken up. It was a nasty accident."
There were severe delays on the A146, with traffic queueing down the main road between Loddon and Norwich due to roadblocks.
