A retirement development being built on the outskirts of Norwich is set to welcome its first occupants in the summer of next year.
Strawberry Hills Gardens is being constructed in Eaton, on the outskirts of Norwich, and will consist of 36 one, two, and three-bedroom retirement properties.
The complex is being built by McCarthy Stone and will include a combination of bungalows, cottages, and houses that will all have private gardens.
This is phase two of a three-phase development from the firm at the Eaton site.
The first phase saw the building of more than 100 homes for those over 55s.
Phase two, which gained planning permission in 2020, is designed for those aged over 60.
In August this year, the company submitted a planning application for the third phase - which will see a total of 100 properties being built - made up of 74 apartments and 26 bungalows.
