A weather warning has been issued for Norfolk with predictions of icy conditions.
The Met Office has put the yellow warning in place for between 6pm on December 7 and 12pm on December 8.
The period will have a high of 5C and a low of -2C.
There could be disruption to roads and train lines due to the conditions.
There may also be injuries from slips and falls on icy and untreated pavements and cycle paths.
The Met Office has advice on its website for travelling in ice and how to keep well during the winter months.
