Norfolk is known for delivering quality meals and service to locals and visitors alike.
The county's businesses are frequent winners of both regional and national awards and 2022 has been no different so far.
With this in mind, here are just five of the restaurants in Norfolk that have received recognition this year.
1. Wells Crab House
What: Best Seafood Establishment
Where: 38-40 Freeman St, Wells, NR23 1BA
Kicking us off is Wells Crab House which has a menu brimming with flavour and plenty of options to choose from.
In June, Wells Crab House was named Best Seafood Establishment in the Midlands at the Food Awards England 2022.
The awards honour the best food professionals in the country and businesses are voted into the finals by the public.
Run by Scott and Kelly Dougal, the duo specialise in seafood and champion locally-sourced produce, with the menu changing monthly.
2. Socius
What: Restaurant of the Year

In September, Socius in Burnham Market was named the best in England at the AA Hospitality Awards 2022 at a ceremony in London.
Offering locally sourced and seasonal produce in the form of snacks and small plates, the restaurant has a "Scandinavian feel" and is completely open plan with the kitchen on full view.
It also has a mezzanine floor where guests are able to dine and watch the scenes below.
Socius, which was opened by owners Natalie Stuhler and Dan Lawrence in 2018, also features in the 2022 Michelin Guide and holds two AA rosettes.
3. No.1 Cromer

A firm family favourite, No.1 Cromer was named among the winners in the Good Food Awards 2023, for serving "delicious fish dishes".
The restaurant is part of the No1 Cromer fish and chip restaurant and takeaway, which is downstairs, but it offers a menu "with a twist".
At the time of the win, Dan Apps, office manager, said: "Matty produces some stunning seasonal dishes.
"He is very forward-thinking with his food. It has lifted upstairs to the next level.
"We are absolutely ecstatic. We have all been working very hard this summer to achieve this."

Next up, Labone Indian Cuisine was ranked alongside some of the best in the country after being named the best restaurant in the east of England at the Bangladesh Caterers Awards in October.
Owner Folik Choudhury revealed he was "over the moon" with the award which he described as the "most prestigious" in his industry.
He said: "It's amazing. It cannot get any bigger than this.
"These are the Oscars of curry and it's just brilliant to have one here in Norfolk."
5. XO Kitchen

Over the summer, XO Kitchen was named the best restaurant in Norwich at the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2022.
