An engineer is making sure it is truly the most wonderful time of the year with a huge Christmas lights show set to music at his house.
Hayden Moon, 50, is hosting Grove Lights at his home in Grove Way, Newton Flotman, from now until Boxing Day.
Last year there were 10,000 lights, but Mr Moon has taken it up a festive gear for 2022 with 15,000 alongside a new LED screen and tunnel of lights made from a polytunnel frame.
The light show lasts 30 minutes and will repeat every half hour from 5pm until 7pm daily - synchronised to festive family tunes.
While some people took up baking or running during the pandemic, Mr Moon's lockdown hobby was creating light shows.
He was inspired after watching videos on YouTube and he also loves films like the 1989 festive classic Christmas Vacation.
Mr Moon said: "I got into it with a group of people online as a way to make things a little brighter, which we still need at the moment.
"It is very cheap to run, about 50p a night, as the lights are all super low energy.
"My wife Claire and I both love Christmas and cheering people up - last year I had people say they would pay to take their children to see it which made it all worthwhile.
"This year will also be the first chance for my 11-month-old grandson Archie to see the show".
While it is free for families to visit, donations are welcome for the East Anglian Air Ambulance, which can be done by cash or contactless card, with £750 raised in 2022.
This year's lights were put up in September as Mr Moon held an extra Halloween light show with singing pumpkins.
After the Christmas show ends on December 26 it will swap to a New Year theme from December 27 to January 2 with party hits.
Mr Moon added: "Come along and enjoy this free event aimed at cheering up the whole family."
There is free parking at the nearby village hall for the Grove Lights.
