A local HR consultancy firm has set its sights on expansion after enjoying a successful 12 months of growth.
MAD-HR recently recruited three Norfolk-based employees who will work in its Norwich office providing specialist help and advice on recruitment, retention, employment law, employee wellbeing and HR strategy.
The new starters bring the number of staff at the firm to 12, who work in offices across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
Founded in 2014, the company is planning to continue its growth next year, aiming to recruit more consultants and expand into more areas.
“I am so delighted to have another three excellent HR specialists onboard as part of the MAD-HR offering in Norfolk,” said Carole Burman, who jointly leads the business with co-director Charlotte Bate.
“We have seen a growth in the demand for our 'Make a Difference' brand of HR in the county as many businesses are looking to scale.
"By continually investing in our team we are able our high levels of customer service from our team will be maintained.”
