More than 600 guests attended the annual EDP Norfolk Business Awards last night.
The event, the biggest ever of its kind in the east of England, was hosted by broadcaster and podcaster Jake Humphrey.
Opening the evening, at the Norfolk Showground, EDP editor Richard Porritt said: “The world is febrile right now. But let’s not focus on the bad news.
"Let’s tonight focus on the reasons you are all here. The innovation, the passion and sheer hard graft that makes all of you and this incredible region punch way above its weight and stand head and shoulders above the crowd.
“Our bounceback from Covid has been better than most.
"Start-ups continue to come up with new ideas that will disrupt the market and change the way we all work and live.
"And those famous big beasts of the east keep on pivoting to stay just as vital and relevant as they always were.”
Norwich firm Cornwall Insight picked up the Outstanding Achievement Award.
