A Norwich man has denied possessing information useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
Sejr Forster, 25, of Cardiff Road, is alleged to have been in possession of publications that included bomb designs and instructions for DIY munitions.
At a hearing at the Old Bailey in London, which he attended by video link from custody at HMP Winchester, he pleaded not guilty to four counts of possessing information that was useful to a terrorist.
The judge set a date for him to stand trial over the alleged offences from February 13 next year at the central criminal court.
Under the Terrorism Act 2000 it is an offence to collect or make a record of information “likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism”.
It carries a maximum sentence of 15 years imprisonment.
