A pub landlady whose body was found in a freezer died from a gunshot wound, police revealed last night.
Becky Thorpe, 29, was found in a freezer at the Compasses Inn, in Snettisham on Tuesday, March 23.
Her 49-year-old partner Mike Tucker, with whom she ran the pub, was arrested on the Isle of Wight the following day and has now been remanded in custody charged with her murder.
Last night a police spokesman said the post-mortem on Miss Thorpe was carried out on Wednesday.
'The initial findings are that the cause of death was due to a gunshot wound to the head,' he added. 'No further details will be released at this time.'
