A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from a kebab shop in Gorleston after being found guilty of offences including racially aggravated harassment.
Adam Harrison, of Duke Road, appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 1 charged with two counts of threatening behaviour and two counts of racially aggravated harassment.
He was found guilty on all four charges which relate to an incident that took place on Friday, October 22 on Church Lane, Gorleston.
Harrison was issued with a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay �300 in costs and compensation.
The teenager was also made subject of a Criminal Anti-Social Behaviour Order (CRASBO) for a period of two years.
The CRASBO orders that Harrison must not contact in any way the staff owners of Flames kebab shop, Church Lane, Gorleston, Norfolk.
Additionally he must not enter Church Lane, Gorleston from the boundary of Church Road or from Magdalen Way/Shrublands Way except to pass directly through on the pavement on the south side (not the side on which flames kebab shop is located) without stopping.
