The organiser of a charity tractor run spoke of her pride after being announced as an Olympic torch carrier.
Annie Chapman, of Pulham St Mary, will be carrying the torch through Aldeburgh on its way from Lowestoft to Ipswich on July 5.
Mrs Chapman is the organiser of the annual pink ladies tractor road run that goes through Harleston and surrounding villages to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. The event has raised more than 200,000 for the charity over the last eight years.
The 70-year-old, who was nominated to carry the Olympic torch by Cancer Research UK, said it was a 'privilege' to get involved in the torch relay and she would be doing it for all of her pink ladies.
The next tractor run, organised by the Suffolk and Norfolk branch of the David Brown Tractor Club, will take place on Sunday, July 1 from Thorpe Abbotts airfield.
