The air ambulance was called to Beccles this afternoon after a woman collapsed and died in the town centre.
The lady, believed to be elderly, was inside a shop in The Walk around 12.45pm when she was taken ill.
A road ambulance and air ambulance were called, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
