Officers are appealing for information after a collision in Wymondham which left a motorcyclist seriously injured.
East Anglian Air Ambulance medics were tasked to the accident, which happened at around 7.50pm, landing nearby just before 8.30pm.
A blue Suzuki motorbike was travelling along the Ketteringham Road towards Wymondham when it was in a collision with the rear of a green Fendt tractor which had a grass cutting attachment on it.
Dr Jenny Townsend and CCP Jemma Varela treated the rider of the motorbike, a man in his 50s, for serious leg injuries.
The patient was anaesthetised on scene before being airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital where his condition is described as stable with limb-threatening injuries.
PC Colin Savage, from Wymondham Roads Policing, would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision on 101.
