Sticker books and fire-breathing beasts are the scorching hot craze in Norwich this summer. And as George the Dragon reports, it is not just the humans joining in with the collecting fun.

Well hello there dragons, and faithful friends of our clan, I've been watching those human types writing stories from my lair outside their newspaper office and thought I should show them how us winged warriors can be wordsmiths too.

I am George the Dragon - the EDP and Norwich Evening News GoGoDragon! - and proud to be the patron saint of dragons and leader of our gang.

As the only dragon who can speak, on behalf of the GoGoDragons! I would like to say a roarsome thanks to all you dragon hunters who have made us feel so welcome in this fiery fine city - and even made us famous for all time as sticker book stars!

Sources tell me the sticker books created by my friends at the EDP and Evening News are being snapped up, and let me tell you, they are just as popular with us dragons as they are with everyone else.

In between giving a friendly roar to all those who visit me, I've been getting myself in sticky situations trying to collect all my friends, and the GoGoGorillas! and super shiny stickers too. There's a competition between us dragons as to who will finish first and there has been lots of swooping around the city for swaps - but you will have to be quick to catch a glimpse of us up the sky!

It can be tricky sticking stickers with scales and claws, and I have to be careful not to scorch the stickers with my flames, so I've enlisted the help of my journalist friends with my book - but I'm keeping a watchful eye to make sure they stick the stickers in just right.

When I ripped open today's sticker packet, I found the great dragons VroomVroom, Norwich Twilight and Sherlock, GoGoGorilla! Batgrill, and a shiny sticker for our great sticker book sponsors East of England Co-op.

Who knows who it will be tomorrow - I hope one of them is the fabulous Dragtabulous Delores!

It is all such flaming good fun for a great cause - us dragons are honoured to help children's charity Break and Wild in Art put on this trail and raise funds to support young people in need.

We are here until September 5, so be sure to seek us out and say hello. And like I said before, I'm the only dragon who speaks so come and see what I have to say!

EDP and Evening News readers can claim free sticker packs with vouchers published in both papers. You can also buy sticker packs for £1 each.
